Typhoon Ruby / Hagupit may still hit Northern Luzon

Typhoon Ruby, which is expected to develop into a super typhoon, is now within the Philippine Area of Responsibility. Photo below shows forecasted typhoon tracks from various typhoon warning centers. Take note that while other Centers show tracks moving towards the Visayas, the track of US-based JWTC is moving towards Northern Luzon. Often, JWTC is more accurate than other warning centers. Please take all necessary precautions and let us pray that the typhoon will spare Northern Luzon.  - Office of the Governor of Pangasinan
