To prevent unscrupulous traders and businessmen from taking advantage of the prolonged adverse weather condition and the resultant flooding in your respective localities, you are hereby urged to establish effective control measures and monitoring systems to prevent the prices of basic goods and prime commodities from unwarranted and sudden increases. Please activate your respective PRICE CONTROL COUNCILS to ensure that prices remain stable and reasonable for the protection of the consuming public in Pangasinan. Please be guided accordingly – GOV.
