THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the regular session duly constituted of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Pangasinan, held on July 24, 2012 at Lingayen, Pangasinan, the following provincial resolution was approved:
PROVINCIAL RESOLUTION NO. 181-2012
CONGRATULATING
2ND LT. RONE JO MANGANAAN OF ROSALES, PANGASINAN FOR BEING ONE OF THE
TEN OUTSTANDING GRADUATES OF PMA “BAGWIS” CLASS OF 2012
WHEREAS, the Philippine Military Academy is the most prestigious military training school in the country where future exceptional law enforcement and defense force leaders and officials are produced;
WHEREAS, graduation from the PMA is by itself already an achievement and being the only Pangasinense cadet who made it to the top ten of the graduating class is a rare distinction that only the most disciplined and mentally prepared can hope to accomplish;
WHEREAS, 2nd Lt. Manganaan exemplifies the story of a Pangasinense PMA cadet who passed the rigid screening and has undergone the most difficult trainings and academic tests and eventually ranked as No. 9 in the recent graduation of the PMA held last March 18, 2012;
WHEREAS, 2nd Lt. Manganaan is one of those destined or committed Pangasinenses in making a difference which will indeed give something meaningful to the Province;
WHEREAS, 2nd Lt. Manganaan will serve as a role model and inspiration to younger Pangasinense generations to enter the PMA and become successful in the field of military or police service;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, on motion of SP Member Alfonso C. Bince, Jr., it was –
RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled to congratulate, as he is hereby congratulated, 2nd Lt. Rone Jo Manganaan of Rosales, Pangasinan for being one of the ten outstanding graduates of PMA “Bagwis” Class of 2012;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution to 2nd Lt. Rone Jo Manganaan at Rosales, Pangasinan, for his information.
