Rescheduled power interruption in parts of Pangasinan

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) serves notice that the scheduled power interruption tomorrow, March 27, affecting Pangasinan Electric Cooperative III (PANELCO III), Dagupan Electric Corporation (DECORP) and Central Pangasinan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENPELCO) has been moved to a new date as follows:

Date: 04 April 2012
Time: 7:00AM – 6:00PM
Affected Distribution Utility: * Pangasinan Electric Cooperative III (PANELCO III) Binalonan and
Urdaneta Substation and Central Pangasinan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENPELCO) Guilig and Mangaldan Bari Substation

Time: 10:00AM – 10:30AM and 5:30PM – 6:00PM
Affected Distribution Utility: * Dagupan Electric Corporation (DECORP) Calasiao and Dagupan
Substation

Time: 7:00AM – 10:30AM and 5:30PM – 6:00PM
Affected Distribution Utility: * Dagupan Electric Corporation (DECORP) San Jacinto Substation

Reason: To conduct maintenance works along San Manuel - Manaoag - San Jacinto 69kV line and facilitate load shifting of power to and from DECORP affected substations. Normal  operations will immediately resume after work completion. NGCP’s customers and the
general public are advised to take the necessary preparations and precautions for this scheduled interruption.

*Specific cities and municipalities to be affected by the power interruption are determined by the abovementioned Distribution Utility (DU), unless the activity affects the entire franchise area. The DU allots the available power within its franchise area and implements the power interruption schedule among the end-users.
