HR MANAGER - SM City Rosales (Pangasinan)

RESPONSIBILITIES:The Human Resources Manager of SM Rosales will administer the implementation of all areas in Human Resources in the mall, including performance management and appraisals, employee training and development, timekeeping and compensation management, and recruiting.

He / she shall be able to communicate, implement, interpret and maintain HR policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent administration.

As such, the HR Manager must be able to promote and strengthen employee relations by actively listening and appropriately responding to employee concerns in a timely manner and by initiating pro active and effective resolutions or recommendation.


REQUIREMENTS:To qualify for this position the candidate must possess the following competencies:

Managerial exposure to a full spectrum in Human Resources Management with two to four years Human Resource Manager role preferably in companies which adhere to a high hiring standard that equals SM Supermalls, and mentors their employees to accept greater challenges.

Human Resource experience must include specific recruiting and employment experiences.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related course.

Must possess adequate knowledge of labor laws; with superior organizational, communications, consultation and teamwork skills; highly analytical, dynamic; and with proven leadership abilities.

Can work during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.Willing to be trained in various SM malls prior to opening of SM Rosales.
